To initiate the official architectural and foundational procurement track for 1465 Lavista Park, all four sequential milestone draws (Draws 1, 2, 3, and 4) must be selected and committed together. Note that our Pre-Sale structural package already features a comprehensive baseline suite of included luxury features—including private residential elevators, dual-kitchen layouts, and custom resort pools.
02 / Premium Asset Upgrades (Optional)
Items 5 through 16 represent optional premium customizations—including advanced Tesla Powerwall arrays, bespoke culinary appliances, and custom landscape architectures. You may select any combination to completely tailor the estate to your parameters.
03 / Allocation Incentives & Financial Flexibility
While listed values reflect individual item allocations, cumulative pricing structures remain flexible. Institutional incentives, volume adjustments, and package considerations are negotiable through Lavista Properties Development LLC when multiple components are selected concurrently.
04 / Settlement Routing Protocol
Foundational milestone allocations must clear exclusively via direct ACH routing or manual bank escrow wire. Credit cards are strictly accepted for optional asset upgrades (Items 5–16) only.
